Deposit
After your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per apartment and vacation week to secure your booking within 7 days to our account. Your reservation is considered binding only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Check-in / Check-out
On your arrival day, your holiday apartment will be available starting from 2:00 pm. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the holiday apartment by 9:30 am at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the holiday apartment.
Payment Methods
We accept your payment in cash (up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 €, in accordance with Italian law) or as an up-front payment via bank transfer.
Pets
We kindly ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed at the Enzianhof.
Non-Smoking Apartments
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and all communal rooms of the farm. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terraces.
Parking
For all apartments, a covered parking space is available. The apartments Nature, Relax, and Stadl additionally offer the advantage of ground-level access.
