Children’s Discount
- Children up to 3 years of age stay for free.
- Children from 3 to 14 years of age: 25 € per night
- On request, we provide your little ones with a cot, a clip-on highchair and a bed guard free of charge.
Local Tax
For people 14 years of age or older, a local tax of 2.50 € per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.
Final Cleaning
A flat fee of 50 € per stay and per apartment is charged for the final cleaning of your apartment.
Minimum Stay
In high season the minimum stay is 5 nights; in all other periods it is 4 nights.
Deposit
After your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per apartment per week of your stay to our account within 7 days. Your reservation only becomes binding once we have received the deposit and sent our written confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Travel Cancellation Insurance (Our Recommendation)
Sometimes life gets in the way – an illness, an accident or some other unforeseen event. For situations like these, it is worth taking out travel cancellation insurance: it covers your cancellation costs if you have to cancel your holiday or cut your stay short.

Check-in / Check-out
On your arrival day, your holiday apartment will be available starting from 2:00 pm. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the holiday apartment by 9:30 am at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the holiday apartment.

Non-Smoking Apartments
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and all communal rooms of the farm. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terraces.
Parking
For all apartments, a covered parking space is available. The apartments Nature, Relax, and Stadl additionally offer the advantage of ground-level access.
E-Charging Station
Take advantage of our convenient E-charging station for a quick and comfortable recharge of your electric car (charging fees apply).
No group bookings
Please note that we do not accept bookings from tour groups or large parties that would occupy the entire house. The Enzianhof is a place to relax and unwind – ideal for families, couples, and small groups of friends. Thank you for your understanding.
Leisure Time Fun
- Natural playground: Right at the mill, you will find a playground with a slide, swing set, play tower, sandbox, brook, ponds, and a raft. While your children play, you have everything in sight and can relax on the deck chairs.
- Wildlife enclosure with fallow deer, alpacas and pygmy goats directly above your accommodation: all our farm animals live together in the enclosure.
- Slackline: The playful training on the elastic synthetic fibre line not only improves your sense of balance but also strengthens your core muscles – a demanding workout for the body and mind that is also incredibly fun.
- Barbecue area: with stone slab, charcoal, and all the accessories for real grill masters!
- Guest lounge: In the communal area of the house, you will find our small farm library, board and card games, children’s books, hiking maps, ski slope maps, informational material about the Ahrntal holiday region, and a large satellite TV.
- Sleds, snow disks and snowshoes: Can be borrowed free of charge at any time.

- High-Speed Internet: Enjoy lightning-fast loading times and a stable connection, perfect for video conferencing, online gaming with low latency, and 4K streaming of your favourite series and films. Our Wi-Fi is available both indoors and outdoors.
- Fresh spring water: The mineral-rich drinking water in your holiday apartment comes from our farm spring.
- Restful sleep and allergy-free living thanks to the fresh mountain air and high-quality natural materials.
- Equipment for children: On request, we provide your little ones with a cot, a clip-on highchair and a bed guard free of charge.
- Bedding, dishes, hand and bath towels, and many other amenities are available in your apartment.
- Towel replacement and laundry room: On request, we will replace your hand towels (as required). You can also use the in-house laundry room with modern equipment free of charge.
Natural Wellness
- Relaxing infrared cabin: A Physiotherm infrared cabin with room for two people can be found in your holiday apartment. Soothing deep heat enters the body via the infrared rays and creates a gentle feeling of warmth. This promotes circulation, detoxifies the body, relieves cramps, and alleviates rheumatic pain and suffering in the back and neck area.
- Natural swimming ponds: There are two swimming ponds on the farm grounds, which are fed from pure mountain spring water, so you can feel the refreshing tingle on your skin while you swim.
- Kneipp basin: stimulating and circulation-promoting – just right for tired feet after an eventful hike.
- Resting and relaxation spots: On the extensive farm grounds, you will find many idyllic spots to relax with deck chairs. Make yourself comfortable, watch the clouds roll by, and find some well-deserved relaxation.
Electric Charging Station, Covered Parking, and Public Transport
- Electric charging station: Charge your electric vehicle quickly and conveniently (charging fees apply).
- Covered parking spaces are available right at the accommodation.
- Private Access to the Farm: In addition to the public road, a private access road leads directly to the farm. Upon arrival you will receive a remote control for the entrance gates. Please note: the private access road cannot be used in winter; the farm can then be reached via the public road.
- Shuttle: In case of bad weather or unforeseen events (e.g. heavy snowfall, a breakdown, or an accident), our shuttle service is available upon request for up to four passengers.
- Ski boot dryer: To ensure your ski and cross-country boots are dry and ready for the next morning, simply place them in your personal lockable ski cabinet with an integrated ski boot dryer.
- Guest Pass: Our guests receive the complimentary Guest Pass, which allows unlimited use of public transportation both in the Ahrntal Valley and throughout South Tyrol.
What is included in May & June?
- All uphill and downhill rides with the mountain lifts at Speikboden & Klausberg
- Daily use throughout your entire stay
- Valid from the lifts’ summer opening through to 30 June 2027
Please note: The lift opening times for 2027 have not yet been announced. For reference: in 2026, the Klausberg lifts ran from 15 May and the Speikboden lifts from 30 May.
